NavioData (operated by NavioMaritime OÜ, Estonia) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data when you use our website and services.

Contact form submissions: name, email address, vessel name, vessel size, project type, and message content.

Info pack requests: name and email address.

Website analytics: anonymised usage data via Cloudflare Web Analytics (page views, geographic region). No cookies are used and no personally identifiable information is collected.

Client project data: technical documentation provided during project engagements, handled under separate NDA agreements.

2. How We Use Your Data

• -To respond to your enquiries and send requested information
• -To prepare and deliver project proposals
• -To fulfil our contractual obligations during project engagements
• -To improve our website and services through anonymised analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Processing

Contact form and info pack submissions are processed through Resend (email delivery service) and delivered to NavioData. Your data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.

Website analytics are processed by Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies are set and no personal data leaves the EU.

4. Data Storage and Security

• -Personal data is stored in accordance with EU data protection regulations
• -Client project documentation is stored in secure, access-controlled cloud storage
• -Project documentation is deleted or returned upon project completion, at the client's preference
• -We do not store payment card details — payments are processed through standard banking channels

Under EU data protection law (GDPR), you have the right to:

• -Access the personal data we hold about you
• -Request correction of inaccurate data
• -Request deletion of your data
• -Withdraw consent for data processing
• -Request a copy of your data in a portable format

6. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. Cloudflare Turnstile (form spam protection) may set a functional cookie within its iframe. No advertising or third-party marketing cookies are used.
